The author directed particular attention to the range of documentation standards required for the transport of dangerous goods and oversize freight. The conclusions of the summary are as follows: the exercise of jurisdiction and legislation in practice, with a particular regulating emphasis on the required documentation, constitute the evidence of professionalism and integrity of performed/offered services provided by transport /shipping companies.
